The new MERLIN 13 is the most compact and easy-to-use thermal imaging forend accessory. It is ideal for tracking in open fields as well as forests.
It can be used as a handheld thermal monocular or as an accessory for daylight optics when combined with the appropriate adapter ring.
The Liemke MERLIN 13 features a 256 x 192 ceramic VOx thermal detector with a 12 µm pitch and enhanced temperature sensitivity. This, combined with a 1,024 x 768 OLED display, results in good clarity and excellent image performance.
The 13 mm lens can be focused manually and offers a very wide field of view of 24 m at 100 m and a detection range of up to 650 m. For hunting, the pre-mounted lens for thermal night vision on the MERLIN 13 provides a highly detailed overview image.
The ultra-compact and minimalist design, with a weight of just 130 g, sets new standards among pre-mounted thermal imaging devices. Even more so when used as an accessory, the compact size of the MERLIN 13 greatly increases maneuverability during hunting.
Video and image files can be transferred and recorded via cable.
The thermal imaging device has optimal power consumption: the MERLIN 13 dual has a battery life of up to 3.5 hours (CR123). The Liemke MERLIN 13 can also be operated via an external USB power source.
