In this regard, the personal data requested by Arme si Munitie for placing the order will be used only for the purpose for which it was requested. The information obtained from you will not be made available to any natural or legal person, institution, etc., except when requested by the authorities entitled to verify commercial transactions or in the event of any abuse of our company. The information in the order form will be used to send you order confirmations, potential promotions, periodic newsletters, etc.

We do not encourage SPAM, we do not provide your email address to third parties (natural or legal persons), we do not trade, offer, or exchange email addresses obtained through this website, and we do not disclose your email address to other persons accessing the pages of this website.

RETURN CONDITIONS

You have the right to notify us in writing that you are withdrawing from the purchase, without penalties and without stating a reason, within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product, in accordance with the provisions of Emergency Ordinance 34/2014 regarding consumer rights in distance contracts. The date of receipt of the products is the date they are collected from the courier company's representative. This date can be verified and proven by the delivery documents handed over by the courier. You must inform the customer service department in writing (via email) of your intention to return the product and return the product to the address mentioned in the email containing the return procedure that was sent to your email address.

In conclusion, you can return the purchased products (after notifying us in advance), in their original packaging, with intact labels and showing no signs of wear, accompanied by the document proving the purchase, within 14 calendar days of receipt, without penalties and without stating any reason. The return of the products will be at your expense, using the same shipping service that was used for the delivery.

Arme si Munitie will replace the returned products with other products of the same value, chosen by you, within a maximum of 15 calendar days. The replaced products do not include shipping costs, which will be borne by us (only in the case of an exchange for another product).
In the case of a refund, the following procedure will be followed – after the return of the product/products, the refund (excluding shipping fees) will be made by bank transfer (to the account provided by you via email) within 14 business days from the date the package is delivered to the Arme si Munitie headquarters. The shipping fee for returning the product/products to our headquarters will be borne by the customer.

The full refund of the price of the ordered and paid product/products will only be made if the products are in perfect condition, their packaging is complete, the labels accompany the products and show no damage. Damage to the product/products caused by the buyer or by improper use of the product will be borne by you. If you have used the product and it can no longer be returned in the condition in which it was received, the refund of its price will no longer be possible.

In the event that the returned products arrive at the Arme si Munitie headquarters in damaged or incomplete packaging, with signs of wear, scratches, dents, tears, missing labels or accessories, and without the document proving the purchase, we reserve the right to decide whether to accept the return.

According to OUG 174/2008, defective products will be repaired (or replaced, if they cannot be repaired) within 15 calendar days of receipt. In the event that the products cannot be repaired or replaced, the refund of their price will be made in accordance with the above mentions within 14 business days from the moment you are contacted and notified that the product cannot be repaired or replaced. The refund (excluding shipping fees) will be made by postal money order to the address on your ID card or that of the person who placed the order / paid for the order.

We also reserve the right to refuse the acceptance of the return / exchange / refund in cases of abuse (repeated returns, repeatedly uncollected orders, products returned in a different condition than when they were received, etc.).

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

The price of the products displayed on the website is in Romanian lei (VAT included) and does not include the shipping fee, which you will pay at the time of package delivery. Shipping is carried out by the DPD or Cargus courier service, and the payment will be made in cash to the courier delivering the package. You can select the payment method on the order page and choose one of the two options: cash on delivery (payment for the product and shipping in cash (lei) upon delivery by the DPD or Cargus agent) or by card (payment for the product and shipping by card, and you will not need to pay the courier agent anything).

After placing the order, you will be contacted by phone at the phone number entered in the personal data section of your account / on the order page, so that the delivery can be made to the delivery address you completed in the order form or to the delivery address provided by phone (if it differs from the one in the order form).

The order will NOT be delivered until after the phone call. In the event that the phone number you entered on the user page where you registered on the website / or that you completed on the order page is incorrect, you will be contacted by email. If you do not answer either the phone or email within 3 days, the order will be canceled.

PRODUCT QUALITY

The products provided by Arme si Munitie are new, original, and identical to those sold in traditional retail. Arme si Munitie does not assume responsibility for defects caused by shipping. The products comply with copyright legislation and other relevant laws in force in Romania.

DISPUTES AND CONFLICTS

Any conflict arising between Arme si Munitie and customers will be attempted to be resolved amicably through mutual understanding. In the event that this is not possible, the legal provisions in this area will apply, and the resolution of conflicts is within the competence of the Romanian courts. Any unauthorized attempt to access the www.armesimunitie.ro website and any attempt at fraud will be reported to the competent authorities.

ABOUT THE WARRANTY

In the event that the product ordered from us has a manufacturing defect, you have 30 calendar days to exchange it. In the case of defects arising during the warranty period (30 days), the following procedure will be followed:

1. The seller is notified of the defect via email, along with photos indicating the nature of the defect.

2. In the event that it is necessary to send the goods back to the seller, the customer is obliged to pack the product in its original packaging. In the event that the buyer does not have the original packaging, they must, at their own expense, provide new packaging that complies with shipping requirements. The consumer acknowledges that in the case of goods unprotected during shipping, their subsequent complaint cannot be accepted.

3. Depending on the type of defect and the nature of the product, in accordance with the regulations in force in Romania, the complaint will be handled by replacing the item or refunding the paid purchase price.

The merchant reserves the right to terminate the business relationship with such buyers whose claims are disproportionate to their purchases or give rise to speculation.
