The new Beretta BRX rifle has a matte black receiver made of a lightweight anodized aluminum alloy. It is manufactured with highly precise machining and state-of-the-art control systems.

The bolt is configured with an 8-lug rotating head, complemented by an extractor and ejector. This ultra-safe locking system comes directly from military-grade automatic weapons. For magnum calibers, the rotating head has 16 lugs (8+8 in line).

The bolt handle is positioned perpendicular to the trigger for better ergonomics. 

Beretta engineers have also considered the needs of left-handed hunters, the bolt handle and tube ejection system being reversible, in a few minutes and without the need for tools.

The safety is operated with a single finger and has 3 positions:

• the first locks the trigger and bolt;
• the second locks only the trigger, but allows the bolt to be opened for safe unloading/loading;
• the third unlocks both the trigger and the bolt.

The BRX trigger (single stage) is adjustable in 3 weight levels between 950 and 1500g.

The BRX1 barrel is made of matte black blued steel, full floating, completely manufactured by rotary forging. Through cold forging, the steel obtains the ideal characteristics to offer the best ballistic performance. The perfect alignment between the cartridge chamber and the rifling makes the weapon achieve maximum precision.

The barrel is mounted through a "V" clamp, secured by two screws and a steel pin. This allows for easy replacement in case of caliber change as well as constant mounting in the same position.

The barrels are unthreaded and are equipped with a Picatinny rail. The threaded variants will be equipped with a dedicated quick-detach mount. As an alternative, a rail with a superior 17mm dovetail interface can be mounted (Tikka type).

The High Visibility orange polymer magazine can hold up to 5 cartridges, including magnum calibers. 

For the BRX, a special black polymer stock with a non-slip finish was developed. Sling mounts have been integrated into the stock and cheekpiece.

The standard grip can be replaced with a grip of another size, for greater adaptability. The length of the stock can be adjusted by using optional spacers between 350 and over 390mm.
