Description
The Krypron 2 XQ35 thermal imaging camera is a combination of a compact thermal imaging module and a Pulsar 3x20B quick-release monocular. The Krypton 2 XQ35 can be used as a 3x magnification thermal imaging monocular and as an attachment compatible with day optical devices. The Krypron 2 thermal imaging camera can be attached to the day optics device using a special PSP-B adapter of various sizes, purchased separately depending on the required size. A quick-release adapter allows the camera to be detached and attached to the day optics in a few seconds, while the precise positioning mechanism allows the thermal image to be centered in the day optics' field of view.
A new feature for Pulsar thermal imaging attachments is the adaptation of the user interface. The device menu and status bar are resized by the user to view current information about the attachment's status and operate the menu regardless of the day scope's magnification power.
The IPS7 quick-change rechargeable Li-Ion battery pack provides enough power for up to 11 hours of continuous operation. With a single battery pack, the unit can operate all night without the need for replacement. The quick-release, cordless design and long operating time are highlights of this power system.
The robust, lightweight magnesium alloy housing has high structural strength, protecting the Krypton 2 from shocks and vibrations. The housing is resistant to external mechanical effects, temperature, and humidity. The magnesium alloy housing also removes and dissipates heat from the thermal camera's electronic components, increasing the device's operational stability.
When hunting, every extra gram of equipment counts. The Krypton 2 is lightweight and comfortable to use. With its short length, lightweight design, and even weight distribution, the Krypton 2 has a minimal impact on balance when mounted on a scope lens, while the controls are easy to access.
The built-in Wi-Fi module connects the Krypton 2 to Android and iOS smartphones via the Stream Vision 2 mobile app. This opens up a wide range of options, including device software updates, real-time transmission of images from the device to the smartphone screen, publishing photo and video content captured by the device on social networks, remote control of the digital device, and access to the latest news from Pulsar. Furthermore, registered users receive 16 GB of cloud storage for photos and videos recorded with the device.
