The Browning 825 features a new receiver with modern, precise lines. The receiver is made of steel and protected with a durable silver nitride finish for improved wear resistance and corrosion protection. Browning offers a 10-year warranty.
The receiver's low-profile design helps control recoil and minimizes muzzle flip. The forward handle is also moved closer to the barrel line to optimize balance and aiming.
Fire Lite 2 firing mechanism - features a design that provides immediate availability for a second shot, as it does not rely on recoil to cock the firing pin for the second shot. This precision design also allows for a shorter trigger pull, more precise stopping, and reduced deviation. A modified disconnector with a high pivot point optimizes resetting for increased reliability even with extra light loads.
