The A400 500 Years Special Edition marks an extraordinary milestone in Beretta's history, celebrating 500 years of passion, craftsmanship, and an enduring connection to the world of hunting. This exclusive edition captures the spirit of hunting with an impressive, full-relief hunting scene that flows harmoniously across the front and back of the elegant A400 receiver, transforming metal into a true work of art.

Subtle ink accents and precious gold inlays enhance the depth and dynamism of the engraving, creating a remarkable contrast with the refined Extragrain wood. Every detail leads to the ultimate symbol of this celebration: the Beretta 500 Years logo, which proudly marks this limited edition reflecting the manufacturer's tradition and craftsmanship.

But beauty is only part of the story. Beneath its elegant sculpted exterior, the A400 500 Years Special Edition delivers the performance that has made Beretta's semi-automatic platforms legendary.

The ultra-fast B-Link® gas system, equipped with a cross-tube piston, provides a cycling speed up to 36% faster than the competition. The combination of this high-performance system and the precisely engineered rotating bolt ensures fast, reliable, and intelligent operation. Thanks to redesigned gas ports and a systematic reduction in mechanical friction, residue buildup is significantly reduced, substantially lowering maintenance requirements.

The cold-forged Steelium® barrel, with a 6x6 mm flat top rail and a double choke extended to 80 mm, increases terminal energy and ensures consistent, dense, and uniform shot patterns. The pattern remains excellent regardless of the type of cartridge used, thanks in part to the Optimachoke® HP chokes, made from high-strength steel with excellent protection against corrosion caused by the use of steel shot.

The aluminum trigger group provides a lighter and more precise pull, as well as a shorter reset. It also includes a competition pro-lifter for unprecedented loading speed and ease. The lifter remains in the raised position when the bolt is closed, allowing cartridges to be inserted into the magazine much faster and eliminating the risk of thumb injury.

The A400 500 Years Special Edition is equipped with an Extragrain wood stock and forend, ergonomically enhanced with an extended serrated area and an ambidextrous palm swell, providing superior grip and control in all shooting applications.

The Beretta B-Buffer® recoil pad offers exceptional resistance to environmental factors, long-term durability, and an aggressive ergonomic design.
